Key tasks:

• determine the scope, goals and outcomes of the program in collaboration with stakeholders;
• create options for program plans, taking into account the schedule, resources and scope, which will be presented to interested parties;
• monitoring and tracking the technical side of the program's progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure successful implementation;
• act as the primary contact person for all technical issues related to the project;
• facilitate effective communication and collaboration between engineers, architects, technical leads, product managers, product designers and other teams;
• manage cross-team dependencies, agree on roadmaps and facilitate team unlocking;
• identify, assess and mitigate software risks;
• ensure alignment and proactive communication of stakeholders on dependencies, risks, statuses and issues; 
• proactively solve problems and obstacles to keep up with the project schedule; 
• support teams to achieve their goals;
• maintain and report program progress, milestones and results to senior management and stakeholders; 
• providing teams with processes that support their planning and execution, helping them identify gaps and make their processes more efficient;
• promote and support initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required (eg business, mathematics, statistics, computer science);
• college degree preferred 5+ years of professional work experience;
• strong technical background with deep understanding of software development, engineering principles and emerging technologies;
• ability to dive into technical details and translate back in non-technical terms;
• excellent project and program management skills, familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Redmine);
• exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• strong problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• experience coaching teams in agile software development practices;< /li>
• interest in financial markets or services, in particular fintech projects.
