We’re looking for a specialist to be a bridge between the business side and the technical
team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Being a POC for data centric customers.
- Translate business requirements into understandable and feasible tasks.
- Prototype data integrations.
- Support core workflows and critical user tickets.
- Provide analytical input regarding customer requests.
- Enable technical users (data analyst / scientist profiles).
- Support and train users of various technical ability.
- Systematically work on formalizing business processes, customer acquisition, lifecycles,and the overall data framework.
Role requirements:
- Strong Ukrainian and English language skills.
- Comfortable with data integration and analysis (PySpark experience preferred).
- Team player able to work in dynamic groups.
- Working with non-technical stakeholders
