Technical Product Owner in IT SmartFlex

ITSmartFlex is a Ukrainian product company that started its activities in 2019 as a subsidiary of the leading mobile operator Vodafone Ukraine with the aim of uniting experts in the fields of telecommunications and software. Functional responsibilities: Ensure the team's activities for product implementation. Align business goals for the team. Communicate the vision, goals and expectations of the organization to the team. Help the team solve problems Provide an escalation path for problems that the team cannot solve on their own Look for opportunities to reuse technologies Help define the product vision Manage the product backlog Required skills: From 3 years of experience as a product owner, business analyst or project manager Experience working in a team using Agile /Lean approaches (in particular Scrum, Kanban) Deep understanding of the principles of software creation, SDLC and creation of digital products Experience in backlog management, roadmap, work planning and prioritization Experience in using tools for task tracking and requirements documentation (Jira, Confluence) Strong task management skills (planning, distribution, performance monitoring, etc.) Excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with clients and the organization's management Experience in clarifying, analyzing and documenting development requirements English — upper intermediate We offer:—Interesting projects and advanced technologies—Highly professional and motivated team—Flexible work schedule and the ability to work remotely—Corporate trainings .
