Technical Product Manager in Ciklum

With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.About the roleAs a Technical Product Manager, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.You will work on a cross-channel analytics product – platform integrations between different platforms in the ad-tech ecosystem and reporting to provide measurement capabilities to our customers. You will become a part of a cross-functional development team working for the SaaS company founded in Denmark with an international team of curious, intelligent, and creative people located across Europe. We empower advertisers to make confident marketing decisions and reach their audience more effectively based on independent, comprehensive cross-media measurement. Our powerful and easy-to-use platform provides actionable audience insights in a cookieless and privacy-safe manner, allowing advertisers to allocate ad budgets more efficiently.You will be responsible for features development end-to-end:Gather input from internal and external stakeholdersHigh-level conceptual design of integrationsDefining product requirements and use storiesProvide a feature release plan to the organizationOversee the development process, making sure that issues are addressedConduct Beta-testingCreating product-support and sales-support materials for the new integrationsCustomers will see the result of your work on the screen through the User Interface; however, most of your work is engine-focused, not UI/UX-oriented.Responsibilities:Requirements Definition:Work closely with the Product Management team, Data Science, Customer Success Management and define product requirementsWork closely with development teams to translate product requirements into technical specificationsDevelopment Oversight:Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and milestonesMonitor and evaluate the development process, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks Release Management:Coordinate product releases, including planning, documentation, and communicationEnsure a smooth transition from development to production, minimizing downtime and user impactCross-Functional Collaboration:Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including data science, engineers, sales, and customer support, to gather insights and feedbackWork closely with design teams to ensure user experience aligns with product goalsRequirements:Experience working as a Product manager on data-heavy productsExcellent communication skills – you need to be able to talk with business stakeholders, counterparts in other companies and our development teamsTechnical skills – we expect you to have a basic understanding of technology on a conceptual level – API, JSON, basic data structures, Streaming or Batch processingFluent writing – you will write a lot of texts directed towards engineers, so you need to write well-structured, clear textsDesirable:Ad-tech ecosystem knowledge – we would appreciate if you a familiar with the ad-delivery chain – SSP, DSP, “walled gardens”, Clean rooms etc.SQL or other analytical tools – you will need to deal with data, so we would appreciate if you can do basic data exploration on your own without asking engineersPersonal skills:Team player to accomplish common goalsAttentive to detailsReady to go the extra mile to achieve perfect resultsResponsive and punctualTolerant to other opinions, ability to handle discussionsOpen-mindedWhat's in it for you?Care: your mental and physical health is our priority.
