Must have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong technical background , with handson experience in embedded software development (>3 years ).
• Experience with software development tools and methodologies, including CI/CD , Docker , and build system ( CMake ).
• Practical knowledge of C/C++ , Python programming language and basics of electronics.
• Understanding of security best practices in embedded systems and IoT .
• Experience in product management /product owner roles with a focus on embedded systems and IoT .
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high quality products in a fast paced environment.
• Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver cohesive product solutions.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing technical and business challenges.

Nice to have

• Experience working with IoT products, including device management, connectivity solutions, and security protocols.
• Familiarity with IoT communication protocols (e.g., CoAP, MQTT, LwM2M), data analytics, and cloud integration.
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems and the challenges involved in deploying and managing IoT solutions at scale.
• Demonstrated experience in product discovery, from ideation through to validation and implementation.
