Technical Product Manager, BAS (remote) in UNIVERSALNA, Strahova kompaniya

UNIVERSALNA insurance company -a company of the global financial group Fairfax (Canada, Toronto) invites to its team a Technical Product Manager

We are looking forTechnical Product Manager, who combines product vision with deep technical understanding of BAS (1C). The role includes managing product development and partially performing the functions of a systems analyst.

Search region: Ukraine

Format jobs: office / hybrid / remote

Main duties:

• Product roadmap formation and BAS backlog prioritization in the areas of Insurance / Contact Center.
• Collection requirements, formation of User Story, acceptance criteria.
• Business process modeling (BPMN), participation in technical analysis.
• Setting tasks for analysts and developers (internal/external), quality control and deadlines.
• Release acceptance, participation in testing, verification of implementation logic.
• Stakeholder management: finance, accounting, settlement, contact center.
• SLA control, incident analysis, documentation update in Confluence.

Requirements:

Must have:

• Experience with BAS / 1C (any configurations).
• Understanding of integrations (API, data exchange) and basic principles of financial/accounting.
• System analysis skills: BPMN, User Story, Use Case, acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Would be a plus:

• Insurance or finance experience.
• Basic SQL skills.
