Technical Product Manager BAS (1С), remotely in UNIVERSALNA, Strahova kompaniya

UNIVERSALNA insurance company -a company of the global financial group Fairfax (Canada, Toronto) invites to its team a Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who combines a product vision with a deep technical understanding of BAS (1C). The role includes managing product development and partially performing the functions of a system analyst.

Search region: Ukraine

Work format: office / hybrid / remote

Main responsibilities:

• Formation of product roadmap and prioritization of BAS backlog in the areas of Insurance / Contact center.
• Collection of requirements, formation of User Story, acceptance criteria.
• Modeling of business processes (BPMN), participation in technical analysis.
• Setting tasks for analysts and developers (internal/external), quality control and deadlines.
• Accepting releases, participating in testing, checking implementation logic.
• Stakeholder management: finance, accounting, settlement, contact center.
• SLA control, incident analysis, documentation update in Confluence.

 Requirements:

Must have:

• Experience with BAS / 1C (any configurations).
• Understanding integrations (API, data exchange) and basic principles financial/accounting.
• System analysis skills: BPMN, User Story, Use Case, acceptance criteria.
• Experience in Product Management or related roles.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in insurance or finance.
• Basic skills SQL.
