The Evergreen company invites to its team Technical Product Manager from technical background and a desire to develop in business analysis.

Requirements:

• Experience in formulating and writing Use Case, Test Case, User Story with a clear understanding of their purpose and application.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN, DMN notations for process modeling.
• Orientation in the company's technologies (front-end, back-end, API gateway, bus, JSON/XML) at the level of general understanding and basic knowledge of IT architecture.
• Information retrieval skills (including the use of search engines, GPT and other resources).
• Ability to structure information provided by the customer or contractor and create task descriptions and documentation according to the context.
• Management skills, including planning, task setting, coordination, control and resource management, as well as business thinking.
• A systematic approach to solving problems, the ability to see the relationship between different aspects and avoid creating new problems.
• Constructive communication, ability to clearly convey one's opinion and focus on business results.

Your Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and users to gather, describe requirements and validate solutions.
• Discovery of communication channels for effective implementation of solutions.
• Cooperation with developers.
• Task setting (requirement analysis and documentation) and implementation strategy development.
• Organization and holding of meetings.
• Preparation of reports.
• Testing results for compliance with business requirements and impact on existing functionality.
• Description of documentation for customers.
