The Customer’s platform leverages industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for better predictions and prevention ofdisruptions across the businesses. This isahands-on role towork with ameta-model structure, processing, and tooling used throughout the company and company’s products. Responsibilities: Compose and maintain ashort-term (Sprint backlog) and long-term (roadmap) product scope Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, understand their needs and expectations, and translate them into clear, actionable requirements and documents Proactively create and propose the solutions based onthe Customer’s needs instead offocusing onthe problems Create and maintain the scope for 3Sprints upfront that meet Definition ofReady (user stories with acceptance criteria) Work with the development team toplan sprints and ensure that the sprint goals align with the product vision and strategy Ensure that the sprint backlog iswell-defined, and the development team has aclear understanding ofthe work tobedone Work closely with the development team, architects, designers, and other stakeholders byfacilitating communication toensure that the product isdeveloped inacollaborative and cross-functional manner Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders, customers, and the development team and effectively communicate the product’s features, benefits, and value proposition Build nice, strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues and the Customer Beapart ofaScrum project team under PM’s supervision Requirements: 5+years ofcommercial experience inIT: atleast 4years inthe Product Owner/Product Manager position Identify and gather functional and non-functional requirements, specifically user stories with acceptance criteria Experience increation the product from scratch Experience increation and facilitating agood communication pipeline with customer and stakeholders (communication plan, customer interviews, demos, workshops, etc.) Experience with creation and maintaining product documentation from high-level (roadmap) tolow-level (user story) Experience working with UXDesigners and managing them Aclear understanding ofthe product vision, strategy, and ability tocommunicate ittothe team Experience insprint planning and managing the product backlog Excellent communication skills: empathy, the ability toconvey anopinion diplomatically Experience with working infast-paced Agile environments English— Upper-Intermediate orhigher Will beaplus: Experience inData Management and Transportation Engineering experience Experience with enterprise-level projects Knowledge ofMSAzure, CI/CD, DB, experience with different types ofNFR testing, products integration and data migration Weoffer: Career and professional growth Competitive salary Friendly and highly professional teams Big and comfortable office, own parking area, restaurants nearby Medical insurance coverage for employees (Сovid-19included), plus anoption for family insurance coverage atacorporate rate Paid 12sick leaves and all holidays Paid 18working vacation days English/German language courses Ability towork remotely (weprovide all equipment)
