We are looking for a PM/Technical BA on 0.5 involvement who will work very closely with the main project owners on the US time zone. In Ukraine, it is from 20:00 to 24:00

Description
The client is American fin project platform for agents working with microcredits.
We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills combining technical business analysis, financial services expertise, agile project management, and program oversight. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage tasks related to software projects, Jira management, sprint organization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements
* Proven experience (2+ years) in technical business analysis and agile project management.
* Strong proficiency in Jira, user story creation, and agile methodologies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and drive results.
* Prior experience in software project management and program oversight is a plus.

Nice to have
* Knowledge in the Finance domain would be a significant plus.
* Experience with AWS.

Responsibilities
* Learn and understand customer’s software to guide development efforts effectively.
* Write user stories, scope documents, and Jira tickets to support project requirements.
* Manage Jira entries to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of project updates.
* Organize sprints and monitor project progress to meet deadlines and deliverables.
* Collaborate with the product owner to implement development plans accurately.
* Support team members in problem-solving and task completion while ensuring project success.
* Oversee hosting site system updates, security protocols, and alerts.
* Provide oversight to ensure projects are moving forward effectively and efficiently.
* Drive product innovation and continuous improvement through strategic thinking and analysis.
