Technical Product Manager in Arsenal Strahuvannya

We are Arsenal Insurance, one of the largest Ukrainian insurance companies actively developing insurtech products: Easy Peasy, Arsenal IC App, B-ars platform. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who combines strategic vision, systems thinking and a deep understanding of technology.

Product-oriented QA engineers with experience in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement and deep product understanding are of particular interest. What to do:

• Lead technical development of products (Easy Peasy, Arsenal IC App, B-ars platform);
• Form backlog, prioritize tasks, coordinate dev teams: internal and outsourced;
• Manage integrations with partners (payment systems, CRM, monitoring platforms, state registers, KYC, social networks, etc.);
• Analyze data, test hypotheses, search for technological solutions, maintain stability and productivity systems.

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, Product Manager or System Analyst, where you worked deeply with product requirements and business logic;
• Experience in requirements analysis: you can decompose business problems, create clear user stories and acceptance criteria, as well as find weak points in the product logic;
• Experience of working closely with the development team: you have participated in backlog grooming, helped specify requirements for engineers and understand the task evaluation process;
• Technical literacy: you understand how APIs work (can test them via Postman/Swagger), can write basic SQL queries (PostgreSQL) and have an idea of the architecture of modern web applications (Docker, message brokers such as RabbitMQ/Kafka, PHP/Symfony);
• English at the Intermediate+ level;
• Experience in fintech / insurtech / healthtech is a big plus.
