UNIVERSALNA insurance company— a company of the global financial group Fairfax (Canada, Toronto) invites to the IT team an experienced Technical product manager who is ready work in a hybrid format, both remotely and in the office.

Search region Kyiv and Kyiv region.

We need you to:< /strong> 

1. Make the invisible visible, the visible - understandable, the understandable - managed and           automated.
2. Systematically solve business issues by:

• implementation (development) of technological systems and services; 
• solving problems with the use of technologies (including in the context of IT speed, cyber security, convenience and ease of use, etc.);
• integration with partners;
• configuration insurance products, processes and services, etc.

3. Implement solutions for customers that they need, not what they ask for.

To achieve results, you will need: :                                         

• Ability to form and write Use Case/Test Case/User Story; 
• Be oriented in the technologies used by the company (front-back-API-gateway-bus, ELK, JSON/XML at the level of "what is it and for what", basic understanding of IT architecture, basic understanding of infrastructure things - IP/DNS/SSL, etc.)
• Ability to search for information (including Googling, GPT sewing);
• Ability to structure information received from a customer or contractor, create a task description and documentation according to the context of use;
• Constructive communication (ability to convey one's opinion, communicate difficult situations without unnecessary emotions, business-first approach).

Will be a plus:< /strong>

• Ability to model the process in BPMN/DMN notation and integration in UML Sequence Diagram; 
• Self-education and desire for development.

Your current, daily work consists of:

• Automation routine operations and routinization of processes;
• Updates of the list, status of tasks;
• Interaction with interested parties (customers, users, contractors, developers, etc.);
• Working with systems /services and from task statements;
• Preparation of reports;
• Planning of project and operational activities for the working period and resource planning;
• Testing of completed work for compliance with business requirements and their impact on existing functionality;
• Technical writing.

• Automation operational and management business processes. 
• Implementation of client and partner applications. 
• Implementation of e-commerce services. 
• Implementation of data ordering and management systems. 
• Implementation of integration services.
