Requirements: 5years ofKnowledge and experience asasoftware technical project manager. Excellent organizational skills, toplan the use ofpeople and resources tomeet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, tomotivate and lead the project’s team. Strong analytical skills, understanding, and capability tointerpreting client business. needs and translating them into operational requirements. Ability tohandle day-to-day work challenges confidently; adjust toshifting priorities, Identify and solve technical and operational issues. Sufficient level oftechnical background toprovide highly credible leadership todevelopment teams and tobeable toevaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively. Experience with managing people inamatrix environment. Experience working with international clients. Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills, including experience with international clients. Fluency inspoken and written English. Responsibilities: Build and lead project plans; supervise and review project progress and timelines; adjust schedules and plans toensure on-time. Oversee all phases ofthe projects, while striving tomeet delivery commitments. Report progress and overall project status tointernal groups and executive management. Partner and collaborate with cross-company stakeholders and teams such asProduct, R&D, Data Science, and Customer Success. Understand client needs and challenges, offering valuable and viable solutions tomeet their requirements. Manage relationships and communication with the client and all stakeholders toguarantee satisfaction with the project’s delivery. Maintain detailed documentation ofkey tasks, milestones, and client interactions for comprehensive project monitoring and review. Work with Support teams totransition the account from the implementation phase tothe launch, training, and adoption phase, ensuring asmooth handover. Identifying opportunities for further business &product development, orpotential risks that could impede orslow the progress ofimplementation, notify key stakeholders when needed. Lead internal project technical discussions across various technology teams.
