What we expect: understanding of what IP-telephony is, initiative, independence and maximum interest in solving client issues, the ability to independently obtain the necessary information to solve a client's technical problem, the ability to resolve conflict situations with the client, communication skills and sociability, stress resistance, multitasking. What you will do: connect customers to the cloud telephony system, help customers solve technical issues, advise them on setting up our services, configure customer telephony (via the web interface), configure remote network equipment (via the web interface), receive customer requests via calls or telegram bot.
