Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Inspire, lead, guide, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Focus on strategic planning, resource allocation, and performance management to ensure the team meets project goals and deadlines.
• Infrastructure Oversight: Oversee the optimization and management of our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability. Familiarity with Linux servers, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform is a plus.
• CI/CD Pipeline Oversight: Supervise the design and maintenance of robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and smooth software delivery processes.
• Automation and Scripting Supervision: Oversee the development and maintenance of automation scripts to enhance efficiency and reduce routine tasks.
• Strategic Security Management: Implement and uphold security best practices, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Monitoring and Logging Management: Direct the setup and management of comprehensive monitoring and logging systems, ensuring system health and performance.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate strong collaboration with customers, development, and product teams to support and deploy cutting-edge software solutions.
• Documentation Oversight: Ensure thorough documentation of infrastructure, processes, and configurations to maintain clarity and continuity.
   

What We're Looking For

• Proven Leadership Experience: At least 3 years in a managerial role within a DevOps or similar environment, with a focus on leading teams and overseeing cloud platforms and containerization.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong background in scripting languages, infrastructure as code tools, and CI/CD tools.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent troubleshooting skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
• Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. At least intermediate English proficiency.
