We are currently expanding production and are looking for a Technical Manager, who will become the leader of our technical teams, will introduce innovations and raise standards of product quality.

Duties:
Managing the engineering department: organization of work, distribution of tasks and control of execution.
Development of process and product quality standards and control over their compliance:
Development and implementation of quality standards at all stages of production.
Control of product compliance with ISO, DSTU, EN and other regulations.
Process optimization: normal; text-decoration"> search for ways to improve production efficiency.
Project management for optimization of production processes and modernization of the regionduties: control of compliance with development deadlines and budget, testing prototypes, launching into production.
Participation in development of new products: support of the process of creating LED lamps from concept to production style="font-weight: 700; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> Requirements:
Higher technical education (light engineering, mechanical engineering) managerial engineering positions in the production sphere.
Knowledge of CAD programs: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit.
style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Practical experience in implementing quality management systems (ISO 9001 or others).
- Team management skills: coordination between departments.> text-decoration: none">Intermediate English language Initiative, strategic thinking, ability to make decisions in multitasking conditions.
