Technical project manager (UAV of the "wing" type) in Pro recruitment

Our partner - a miltech company, a leader in the development of unmanned systems, is looking forTechnical manager of the project to create, produce and maintain UAV of the "wing" type. 

The full cycle of development of drones is provided - from the initial concept to serial production. The engineering team uses innovative technologies, works on optimizing every stage of production and integrates advanced solutions into each new product. Special attention is paid to testing and production to ensure the reliability and efficiency of the technique in real conditions.

In this role, you will be involved in every stage of product creation, upgrading it according to requests from the military. You will coordinate the work of the engineering team, integrate the latest solutions, manage the testing and serial production processes.

Duties:

— Ensuring, controlling and supporting the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback , modernization;

— Organization orderly and synchronous development process of the mechanical, hardware, software part;

— Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the company divisions;

— Communication with marketing and sales departments to ensure the process of promoting the product on the market;

— Team management: formation and management of comby researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;

—— Ensuring receiving feedback from users, analysis, and making decisions regarding improvement or defect correction;

—Budgeting and control costs: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, control of costs and ensuring their compliance with goals and the project;

— Monitoring of technological trends: monitoring of technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets in order to maintain leadership positions in the market and use advanced technologies in work.

Requirements:

— Experience in the development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;

—Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;

— Be ready for business trips;

— Understanding of robotics, automated systems and military technologies;

— Experience in managing large projects and teams;

— High result orientation, ability for strategic thinking and decision-making;

— Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels.
