Technical manager of sales support (working with customers) in DOPOMOGA UKRAINE

Our client, one of the world leaders in the development of innovative electric drive technologies and the production of drive systems consisting of gearboxes, motors and drive electronics, announces a competition for the position: Customer Service Specialist, Kyiv

Main responsibilities:

• providing administrative, organizational and commercial sales support with the aim of increasing the company's turnover, achieving long-term success and corporate goals;

• providing advice to existing and potential customers of the company;

• preparing price offers in accordance with customer requests;

• coordinating commercial conditions cooperation;

• calculations and control of profitability;

• preparation of invoices and specifications;

• placing an order in production and control of its execution until the moment of delivery to the client;

• preparation of initial documentation (expense invoices, TTN);

• creating and maintaining long-term and trusting relationships with by customers;

• entering, processing and maintaining the customer database using standard company tools (CRM, SAP, other databases approved by management).

Requirements for the candidate:

           Education and experience:

• Higher engineering education (product understanding)

• 2 years of work experience in B2B sales or customer service (purchase-sales-supply) - desirable
  
  Professional knowledge and skills:

• Knowledge of basic document management in sales

• Understanding of direct sales processes and the basics of ZED

• Experience with 1C, SAP, CRM, CAD - will be an advantage.

• Theoretical knowledge in the field of mechanics, electric machines and electric drives

• English language - not lower than pre-intermediate - preferred

• A confident user PC
