We invite a technical manager to join the team. The purpose of this position is to organize the high-quality implementation of the camp in the construction part, at the facility, to develop the capacity of camp masters, coordinators of construction work. Main duties: Checking technical documentation (photos, estimates, room plan, work plan) of objects and assessing possible risks; Providing high-quality technical feedback. to managers in centers and masters in communities; Introduction of the technical part of the project into the budget; Technical consulting. managers of centers and masters in communities; technical management of objects until the finished result of repair works; participation in the founding meetings of projects with grantors. Compliance with the technical requirements of grantors/partners in the implementation of projects; Systematization and organization of technical documentation of projects. Management of software document flow (contracts, invoices, invoices/acts, acts of acceptance and transfer); assessment of the progress of repair work; Analysis of technical reporting of communities and centers; Implementation of effective decisions on adding or reducing processes.
