Duties: receiving and processing customer requests by email, phone and chat; checking the operation of services and the website; translating German and English texts for programmers. Working conditions: remote work. No boring 9-5 work: you work according to the schedule agreed with your colleagues in the support service, leave (20 working days per year), paid sick leave.
