Requirements: Education: Higher, veterinary or zootechnical. Experience as a sales manager, technical consultant, zootechnician, veterinarian. Experience with large farms or experience as a farm specialist (preferred). work in CRM systems. Experience with programs for drawing up rations. Understanding of the main economic indicators that determine profitability in the poultry industry. Possession of a driver's license. ); mobile phone compensation; company car; friendly team; business trips around Ukraine. Responsibilities: Regular business trips to clients' farms, identification of problems and their subsequent resolution. Technological support of clients: 1) Consultations of clients regarding poultry feeding and housing conditions .2) Adjustment of technological processes and veterinary issues in poultry farming. 3) Adaptation of rations. Planning of work and sales volumes. Implementation of the sales plan. Search for new solutions to improve productivity on customer farms. Participation in the development of special products for the needs of customers, in-house production. Participation in the development of marketing activities. Participation in presentations, exhibitions, seminars.
