Technical manager-consultant in the field of livestock in Agroseplay, TOV

Requirements: Education: Higher, veterinary or zootechnical. Experience as a sales manager, technical consultant, zoo technician, veterinarian. Experience working with large farms or experience as a farm specialist (preferred). Confident PC user: Ability to calculate rations for animals (feed additives and premixes), MS Office, knowledge of the 1C program, experience in CRM systems. Knowledge of feeding programs. Understanding of the main economic indicators that determine profitability in dairy production. Possession of a driver's license. Working conditions: official employment according to the Labor Code ;salary 2 times a month (always and on time); mobile phone compensation; company car; friendly team; business trips around Ukraine. Responsibilities: Regular business trips to clients' farms, identification of problems and their further resolution. Technological support of clients. Consultations of clients regarding cattle feeding (development of recommendations for feeding, nutrition of rations, feeding schemes) and conditions of keeping. Adjustment of technological processes and veterinary issues on raising young animals and feeding cattle. Balancing rations in animal feeding. Planning of work and sales volumes. Implementation of sales plans. Search for new solutions to improve productivity on clients' farms. Development of special products for clients' needs, at own production. Participation in the development of marketing activities.
