Responsibilities:

• Managing the full cycle of production — from planning to delivery of the finished product.

• Building an effective planning system, quality control and logistics.

• Team management, development and motivation of personnel.

• Implementation of lean processes, optimization of costs and resources.

• Close interaction with engineering, R&D, logistics and technical departments.

• Control of compliance with quality standards, technical regulations and deadlines implementation.

• Implementation and support of production accounting, KPI and reporting systems.

What we expect from you:

• Production management experience in electronics, mechanical engineering, aviation or related industries - from 3 years.

• Ability to set up serial or small-batch production.

• Experience in implementing production accounting, KPI, reporting systems.

• Leadership skills, ability to make decisions and lead a team

• Readiness for business trips
