• More than 5 years experience as a software engineering leader, preferably in a professional services company;
• Ecommerce background is a MUST;
• Software engineering experience as part of a delivery team;
• Academic/technical degree in software engineering;
• Keen interest in, and understanding of devops;
• Experience in leading and structuring an engineering organisation;
• Experience in managing large groups of engineers;
• Experience in goal setting;
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills;
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

Also use these trainings to close competency gaps in the organisation., Works with the Planning Manager and HR to ensure that the market hires engineers with the right competence, at the right time, to meet the business forecast, In collaboration with the Planning Manager, adjusts the size and composition of Delivery Teams to meet the business’ needs (without destabilising existing teams), Ensuring quality of all engineering processes and “ways of working”., Describing/setting the standard for all engineering processes in the given market (International & US)., Adds, removes and improves engineerings processes]
Requirements: Experience in IT, Web delivery, E-commerce
