Technical Lead (FullStack) in Voypost

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• 5+ years of programming experience as a full-stack developer;
• 2+ years of experience with Typescript, Node.js, React, and SQL
• Basic DevOps experience;
• Strong communication and analytical skills;
• Focus on solving business problems rather than specific technologies.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level);
• Flexibility with working hours;
• Experience with mobile development (e.g., React Native, Flutter) is a plus;
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code solutions is a plus;

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project feasibility, gather client requirements, propose solutions, and estimate costs.
• Collaborate with project teams (BA, Designer, PM) to define solutions, technology stacks, and requirements.
• Participate in hiring technical talent, plan and allocate tasks, and design database structures.
• Develop project architecture diagrams, select vendors/technologies, and provide detailed implementation estimates.
• Resolve technical challenges, conduct code reviews, perform architectural audits, and discuss technical aspects with clients.
• Contribute to improving company processes, develop project templates, and provide feedback to team members.
