This product involves partnering with trusted experts in each product niche and leveraging their knowledge with the help of AI to provide personalized product recommendations for consumers.

The team is developing a new shopping category that will restore the trust in reviews that has been lost , through paid algorithms and SEO affiliates that have massively impacted search results and social channels.

Your team:

You will lead software development and collaborate with by the founding team on business and product strategy. You will develop and implement state-of-the-art AI-powered search and need discovery solutions, enabling consumers to receive personalized recommendations from experts.

Your duties:

• developing a technical approach and implementation strategies for application features;
• resolving technical blocks related to features;
• building an internal stack so other developers can quickly implement new features;
• scaling applications and services for millions of users;
• creating and maintaining data feeds and schemas for information retrieval;
• implementing advanced embedding strategies to increase search relevance and personalization;
• implementing scoring to improve search and recommendations;
• collaborating with engineers to continuously improve the RAG system;
• managing integration with partners and third-party applications.

This is about you:

• have 4+ years in the development of software applications;
• have knowledge of data structures, data modeling and advanced architecture principles software;
• have expert skills in working with Python and ML libraries;
• have experience in developing machine learning and deploying AI systems;
• li>interested in NLP/NLU and language model development;
• aware of MLLM and RAG AI trends;
• have strong problem solving, communication and leadership skills;
• familiar with GCP, Azure and AWS cloud platforms;
• know how to manage teams from the beginning of the project to the release to achieve business goals;
• possess English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher .

It will be a plus if you have

• experience working in startups;
• practical work experience with LLMs, search engines, computer vision, NLP, AI agents and personalization;
• contributing to the AI ​​community through published research, conference presentations, or participation in open source projects;
• experience expanding the boundaries of new interfaces such as SMS programs, browser extensions or interactive modules.
