Responsibilities:

• Leading a development team working on a highly loaded product on Ruby on Rails.
• Migration of services to Go
• Architectural planning and product optimization to ensure scalability and high performance.
• Interaction with external services and integration with them, communication with other development teams
• Cooperation with product managers to define technical requirements and product development priorities
• Active participation in selection of technologies and tools for continuous improvement of development processes
• Mentoring and development of technical skills of the team

Key requirements:

• In-depth experience with GO or Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL
• General development experience from 6 years
• Development team and project management experience from 2 years
• Good communication skills skills and ability to establish productive work within a team
• API design experience, good understanding of REST principles
• Ability to optimize architecture and scale web applications
