Requirements: accompanying the client on issues of technical inventory of real estate (visit to the object, taking measurements, sketching, full preparation of the technical passport); production of certificates, conclusions; entry of technical inventory information into the Register of construction activities (we conduct training); possession of a database of estimates will be an advantage; possession of any project or land management skills will be an advantage; the ability to analyze legal documents; work experience in the AutoCAD program (we conduct training); having a certificate is not necessary, but it will be an advantage! the desire to improve professional skills, neatness and ATTENTION! Working conditions: official employment is possible after a trial period; flexible work schedule is possible. Responsibilities: conducting an inventory of real estate objects; maintaining an archive of inventory cases.
