Main duties: Analysis of ventilation market needs. Determination of promising directions for the development of the range of ventilation products. Participation in the formation of the concept of new products. Participation in negotiations with foreign partners to form their range and determine the requirements for the product. Study of the competitive environment. Preparation of technical tasks for the development and introduction into production of new products. Preparation of the technical task for advertising and printing products. Preparation and conducting of presentations and training, including in English. Participation in the implementation of the project for the development and implementation of new products, control of related departments (design department, pricing department, marketing and advertising department): development of technical specifications, preparation of feasibility studies and verification of design documentation, production and testing of prototypes, preparation of passport and RPP. Selection of equipment in accordance with requests of partners. Provision of necessary technical support to trade structures and partners. Technical support of the selection program — introduction and correction of technical and commercial databases, tracking of malfunctions, making improvements. Requirements for the candidate: Completed higher technical education (preferably HVAC; electrical engineering). Successful work experience in the design of ventilation systems and/or sales of engineering equipment from 2 years. Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages ​​will be an additional advantage). Systematic, communicative, creativity, responsibility. The ability to form ways to solve non-standard problems.
