Responsibilities:
· Providing technical support/advice in the field of products, solutions and systems from the "Building" segment for clients from the EMEA area (mainly Central Europe)
· Analysis and systematization of problems reported by customers in order to develop response strategies and create system solutions
· Constant updating of knowledge in the field of technical, standardization, legal and business solutions in relation to the business segment (buildings)
· Working to improve existing and developing new applications by analyzing and identifying areas requiring improvement, in accordance with the client's needs in the building automation industry
· Organizing and/or personally conducting training to the extent necessary for implementation projects
· Cooperation with the areas of marketing, product management, sales at the national and global level
· Reporting activities in company IT systems

Expectations:
- Higher technical education, preferred profile: automation
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in the implementation and/or operation of building automation, including BMS/SCADA
- Experience in programming PLC controllers (IEC61131) and commissioning automation systems
- Basic knowledge on the organization of a managed Ethernet network, including cyber security issues
- Ability to read technical documentation in the field of building installations
- Practical knowledge of network building systems such as BACnet, KNX, DALI
- Basic skills in electrical design
- < li> Very good knowledge of English (min. level B2/C1) – work in an international team
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Power Point and Excel)
