REQUIREMENTS: Technical education, specialist (master's ), "Industrial and civil construction"; Confident PC user; Knowledge of specialized programs: KOMPAS, AutoCAD, ArchiCAD; Experience in the development of KD, knowledge of standards, technical conditions for construction materials; Ability to calculate the required volumes of work; Ability to organize and control technical (construction) processes; RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting technical supervision of the construction processes of residential buildings and commercial real estate; Ensuring compliance with construction technology; Checking of estimates and acts of completed works; Ordering and writing off construction materials; Drawing up installation and execution schemes; Development of construction work execution schedules; Control of subcontractors; Control of elimination of defects and defects in the execution of construction works by contractors; Control of the actual execution of works by the contractor; Organizational and advisory support of subcontractors construction time.
