Technical engineer of video surveillance systems (equipment testing) in Triniti-SB

Currently, we really need the most talented and communicative service engineer in the city of Kyiv to join our team. The following tasks await you: Receive, systematize, classify and keep records of technical information coming from partners/customers; Provide the sales department with technical instructions and work instructions; Process the results of measurements and tests of prototype products; Technical consultation of users (including guidance); Troubleshooting and performance of tasks (on the systems side ) at least at a basic level;Remote troubleshooting of technical problems using diagnostic methods and relevant questions;Solving technical problems directly at the point of occurrence;Determining the best solution based on the description of the malfunction and details provided by users;Providing feedback on the problem resolution process; Registration of the occurrence of the task, the solution process and the final result; Identifying and proposing possible improvements to work procedures as a whole; We offer: Salary 20,000-30,000 UAH; The salary level depends on your knowledge and work skills and is discussed individually. Raising your professional level, the salary will increase; During the trial period (the first month of work), the salary will be UAH 18,000; Friendly environment. It will be important: Higher technical education (radio electronics, power engineering, electrical engineering, instrument construction, etc.) will be a priority; Knowledge of the basics of electronics and electrical engineering; Knowledge (and possible (experience using in work) video surveillance systems, access control, security and fire alarms, computer networks, low-current and power lines — will be a great advantage; Confident command of a PC, skills in Microsoft Excel; Ability to configure operating systems.
