"SIRIUS Automation Center" - a leader in the market of complex business automation since 2007 (18+ years of experience) - is looking for a technical engineer for customer service.

YOU WILL WORK WITH:

• POS terminals and fiscal registrars
• Barcode scanners and receipt printers
• Automation software
• Cash equipment for HoReCa and Retail

OUR CLIENTS: restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets in Ivano-Frankivsk and the region.

 REQUIREMENTS

MANDATORY:

• Experience as a technician for 1 year or more (preferably with cash register equipment)
• Knowledge of electronics and principles of computer systems
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
• Category driver's license B and readiness to travel
• Responsibility, accuracy, stress resistance

WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE:

• Experience with fiscal registrars (MINI-FP, Excellio, etc.)
• Knowledge of POS terminals
• Understanding the operation of trading software (1С, РРО)
• Experience in configuring Windows for cash register systems

DUTIES

• Visits to clients to install and configure equipment
• Diagnosis of malfunctions and repair of equipment (in the service and on site)
• Fiscalization and adjustment of payment registers operations
• Advising customers on technical issues
• Connecting peripheral equipment (scanners, printers, scales)
• Installing and configuring trade software
• Laying computer networks
• Assembling trade shelves
• Maintaining technical documentation and reports
• Interaction with suppliers on warranty repair
