Goodvalley Ukraine an agriculture company which is known for using the most modern and innovative solutions within our industry, and we’re looking for a TECHNICAL ENGINEER to support us in our focus on energy savings and growth. This person must be a highly skilled problem-solver who has the business knowledge and technological expertise to implement strategies, evaluate processes, and build upon an infrastructure that supports the changing needs of the company. In this role, the technical engineer will work with complex systems, designing, developing, and integrating them at every stage of a project lifecycle. Objectives of this role:Design, develop, implement, and test technical solutions based on business requirementsDevelop preventive maintenance plans• Identify potential issues and implement solutions proactivelyServe as the team’s technical subject-matter expert and a resource for technical escalationIdentify enhancement opportunities and assist in developing them across the enterprise through innovation and automationEnable faster and smarter business processes, and implement analytics for meaningful resultsEngage with senior managers regularly, reporting on project status, activities, and achievementsResponsibilities:Supporting the engineering team during planning, design, development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting processes.Analyzing existing systems and operations and developing preventative maintenance strategies.Identifying potential problems and notifying the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Monitoring processes, workers, and methods, and developing plans for increased efficiency.Conducting required research and developing best practices.Coordinating with other Engineers and crew members to ensure quality products are completed on schedule.Performing quality control on all projects, writing reports, and making recommendations for improvement.Analyze OEE on equipment in the productionRequired skills and qualifications:Three or more years of experience in a technical roleExpertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systemsExperience in project managementAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environmentAbility to work with the technical staff and service technicians during the implementation phase.
