About project:
As a Technical Documentation Specialist you will be responsible for creating, optimising and standardising the Company’s internal documentation to describe the business processes of all corporate departments (IT, Marteing, Legal, Finence etc.) and end-user guides.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of work experience as a technical writer or in a related field;
- Understanding of SDLC;
- Experience with building up ongoing processes of documenting;
- Experience with Jira, HAT tools (Confluence, MadCap Flare, RoboHelp etc., draw.io, etc), MS Word/Excel, high-level Visio user experience;
- Strong collaboration skills to gather information from developers, analysts and other non-IT managers for documentation purposes;
- Ability to deliver high-quality documentation with attention to details.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing and ownership of document management policies and standards;
- Organizing and maintaining documents, adhering to the company’s document lifecycle procedures;
- Reviewing and updating employee manuals, handbooks, and other company documents to ensure they are current with company policies and procedures;
- Maintain a record of all corrections and revisions to documentation;
- Collaborate and with with internal departments and product teams and other stakeholders to document subject material and technical specifications;
- Edit documentation immediately preceding delivery;
- Research, propose and implement customer-specific documentation solutions;
- Comply with and improve upon document control management processes;
- Develop, gather, and atandardize organizational documentation.
