About the position You will develop instructions for devices and software, deal with technical documentation, articles for the technical support section and improve your technical writing skills. All the materials you develop will help thousands of our partners around the world understand how the Ajax security system works and how to fully unlock its capabilities. Creating content requires the participation of many departments: marketing, RnD and web development. Therefore, this work involves communication with these departments and an in-depth study of the product: from its components to the principle of operation. Main duties: Designing, data verification and writing the texts of technical characteristics pages. Writing web instructions for products for the support site. Writing standardized technical documentation for web pages , web tools and software. Participation in the development and writing of other technical documentation. Writing technical specifications and supporting the development of graphics for materials. Technical consultations and technical support of marketing projects. thermistor and know what modulation is. Professionally writing technical texts for more than 2 years. You write perfectly in Ukrainian and you know English at a level no lower than Upper-Intermediate.
