We are looking for a Technical Director for projects of renewable energy sources!

What should be done?

• to analyze and evaluate the technical documentation of new development projects (TU, PKD, etc.);
• check the optimality and conformity of the issued technical conditions of connection;
• cooperate with OSR and OSP to agree, adjust and implement technical conditions;
• carry out a comparative technical analysis of equipment and manufacturers (transformers, KL, PL, PS);
• evaluate equipment delivery terms and the impact on the schedule of construction;
• technically accompany the purchase of equipment and coordination of technical parameters with manufacturers;
• control the quality and compliance of equipment during delivery;
• coordinate and technically monitor the design work of the electrical part (PS, KL, PL);
• monitor the execution of construction and installation works by general contractors and subcontractors (EBoP);
• accept completed electrical works parts and sign acts;
• work to identify and eliminate technical risks in the process of construction and operation;
• organize and put objects into operation;
• participate in planning and control of technical operation of RES equipment;
• monitor the performance of routine works, repairs and modernizations;
• develop and implement technical standards and requirements for RES projects.

What do we expect?

• higher education (electrical engineering/power engineering);
• knowledge of electrical engineering, projectengineering and construction of energy facilities (preferably RES), as well as connection to 0.4-110 kV networks;
• possession of skills in technical analysis of projects, selection and purchase of equipment, control of construction and installation works and technical operation;
• experience of interaction with OSR/OSP, management of contractors and optimization of technical solutions according to criteria of deadlines and quality and values;
• responsibility, initiative, self-organization, attention to details, ability to work in a team, ability to manage a team.
