We are looking for a Technical Director / Chief Technology Officer with experience in managing R&D projects (IT) and teams of engineers and developers in connection with the expansion of the team. The main task will be to manage the full cycle of innovative technological solutions — from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of the team involved in the implementation of modern technological solutions.
• Coordination of the product life cycle - from development and launch to production.
• Organization of development processes - ensuring synchronous work of teams responsible for mechanical, hardware and software components of the product.
• Management of teams of engineers, developers and other specialists. Coordination of the work of the team with other divisions of the company.
• Development of the project budget, monitoring of costs and effective use of resources.
• Creation and updating of technical and project documentation.
• Tracking the latest technologies and market innovations to support the company's competitive advantage.
• Collecting feedback from users, analyzing data and implementing changes to improve the product.
• Expected work trips within the country for testing and meetings with partners.
