Construction and control of operational processes in the service station network. Ensuring accurate, correct and coordinated operation of all processes in the service station network. Compilation of design and technical documentation. Control over the correctness of the implementation of accepted projects and decisions. Project management (expansion/development of the service station network). Control of the provision of service stations with all necessary materials, documents, tools, etc. updating. Organization of the work of car service centers, ensuring the optimal distribution of tasks and resources. Motivation and development of personnel. Coordination of team actions. modern technologies and their use in the business environment. Communication skills with other divisions of the company. Honesty.
