Technical director of the project in Pro recruitment

Duties:

-Provision, control and support of the product life cycle: development, launch, feedback , modernization;

-Organization of an orderly and synchronous process development of the mechanical, hardware, software part;

-Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the divisions of the company;

-Communication with marketing and sales departments to ensure the process ofpromoting the product on the market;

-< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Team Management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;

-Control over the maintenance of technical and project documentation;

-Budgeting and cost control: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, control of costs and ensuring their compliance with goals and the project;

-Monitoring technological trends: monitoring technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets with the aim of maintaining leadership positions in the market and using advanced technologies in work.

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in the development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;

-Higher education, knowledge of the English language from level B1;

-Be ready for business trips;

-Understanding robotics, automated systems and military technologies;

-Experience in managing large projects and teams;

-High focus on the result, the ability to think strategically and make decisions;

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at various levels.
