Technical Director (Internet provider, WOLZ, xPON) in SINET ISP, OOO

The company "Sinet ISP" is looking for a Technical Director of telecommunications with 5 years of work experience. The CTO will be responsible for the planning, development and implementation of the provider's telecommunications networks such as VOLZ and xPON. The candidate must have a higher education in the field of telecommunications, have a good knowledge of the technologies and processes of building telecommunication networks, and also have experience in project management. Priority is given to candidates with work experience in provider companies and knowledge of the Ukrainian telecommunications market. The work will take place in Kyiv. Requirements for the candidate

• Male under 50 years of age
• Availability of own car;

What is needed will do:

• Manage the technical department, and the search for new and training employees, project control;
• Development of work instructions, and processes;
• Maintain the SINET network;
• Design and construction networks (xPON, ethernet);
• Solving complex issues at facilities and in operational activities;
• Fleet control;
• Technical OZ control
• Working with clients.

If for you this is not a problem:

• Experience in telecommunications from 5 years PON;
• Knowledge of client equipment: WI-FI, IPTV, switches;
• Knowledge of OS and computer programs (billing, Userside, Zabbix, Nagios, cacthi);
• Knowledge of VOLZ dispute;
• Communication, punctuality, diligence, decency, ability to explain;
• Ability to build a business process;
