Our client is an engineering company that creates industrial solutions in the field of aspiration, ventilation, and gas treatment for industrial enterprises.
The company's projects are a complex cycle: from engineering idea and feasibility study to production, installation and launch of systems at enterprises.

Now we are looking for a Technical Director who will be able to:

• form the company's technical strategy
• build a strong engineering team
• scale engineering solutions
• increase the efficiency of technical projects

This role is for a person who thinks systemically, strategically and engineeringly.

Main tasks:

• Management of the company's technical divisions (design, production, installation) and control of key technical solutions.
• Management of large engineering projects: from feasibility study to installation and commissioning.
• Control of project budgets (CAPEX / OPEX) and technical risk management.
• Improving the efficiency of technical processes: shortening design terms, reducing errors and optimizing solutions.
• Development of technologies and teams: launch of new products, development of R&D and formation of a strong engineering team.

Our ideal candidate has experience:

• Management of technical departments (design, production, installation).
• Implementation of engineering or industrial projects, including projects from 1 million euros.
• CAPEX / OPEX budgeting and control.
• In-depth knowledge in the field of aspiration, ventilation, gas treatment and industrial engineering.
• Understanding the full cycle of project implementation: from feasibility study and design to installation and commissioning.
• Experience with CAD systems (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar) and engineering calculations.
• Knowledge of the regulatory framework (DBN, DSTU, ISO); English is desirable.

Schedule: Mon–Fri: 09:00–18:00 weekends: Saturday, Sunday
Financial conditions: 80,000 UAH + bonus (% negotiable)
