Main tasks:

• Full management of the technical operation of the company's equipment and engineering systems.
• Ensuring compliance with GMP requirements, labor protection, sanitary and environmental standards.
• Introduction of new technologies, digitization of processes, productivity improvement.
• Planning and control of the budget of the technical unit.
• Starting of technical projects, interaction with production, logistics and economics. Formation and development of a strong technical team. System monitoring and analysis of production indicators. education.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production from 5 years.
• Management experience in the field of technical operation.
• Knowledge of GMP requirements and principles of equipment validation.
• Understanding of engineering systems and technological processes.
• Experience of modernization, automation and implementation of IT solutions.
• Technical management skillsnightly projects and budget.
• Ability to form and develop a team of engineers.
• Practical experience in working with technical documentation.
