Responsibilities:

• Defines the technical policy, prospects for the development of the enterprise, ways of implementing complex programs in all areas of improvement, restructuring, reconstruction and technical rearmament of production, its specialization and cooperation.
• Organizes and controls the development and introduction into production of new types of products.
• Organizes and controls the constant increase in the level of technical preparation of production, its efficiency, reduction of material, financial and labor costs for the production of products, high quality and competitive ability of products, efficiency of design solutions, timely and high-quality preparation of production, technical operation, repair and modernization of equipment, achievement of a high level of product quality in the process of its development and production.
• Controls compliance with design, construction and technological discipline.
• Organizes the timely preparation of technical documentation (drawings, specifications, technical conditions, technological maps).
• Coordinates work on issues of standardization and certification of products in accordance with the requirements of national standards and European standards, certification and rationalization of workplaces, metrological support, mechano-energetic maintenance of production.

Requirements:

• Higher education (engineering branch).
• Experience in wagon building, machine building.

Working conditions:

• Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30 from Monday to Friday.
