Confectionery factory "Eastern Sweets" - a manufacturer of confectionery products (butter cookies, puff pastry and puff pastry, cupcakes, cakes, weight cakes, etc.), has been a leader in the confectionery market for more than 10 years, announces a competition for filling a vacancy TECHNICAL DIRECTOR, the production site is located in the city of Kalush, Ivano-Frankivsk region. Basic requirements: Higher technical education; 5 years of work experience as a technical director or chief engineer in the confectionery industry; Experience in the organization and management of technological personnel; Successful experience in implementation projects of reconstruction of production and technical areas of the enterprise; Knowledge of labor legislation; Confident PC user (Word, Excel). Responsibilities: Organization, management and control of the activities of the technical service; Organization and control of technical maintenance of production facilities, support and improvement of the technical level of production; the level of technical preparation of production, its efficiency, reduction of material, financial and labor costs for the production of products; Development of perspective plans for enterprise development, reconstruction and modernization; Management of projects for installation, modernization and commissioning of new equipment; Optimization of work processes.
