Duties: Organization, control of the work of the capital construction service and the service of the chief engineer with the help of qualified personnel, as well as: Determination of technical policy, ways of implementing complex programs of all areas of improvement , restructuring, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of production. Coordination of construction and reconstruction of own facilities. Organization, control and coordination of all types of construction and installation work being performed. Control of maintenance work and maintenance of the Company's facilities. Organization of work with contractors, selection of the most optimal option, control of work execution. Management of change processes, risks, identification and timely problem solving, project reporting. Our wishes for the candidate: Successful experience as a technical director — from 3 years. Higher professional education in the field of construction. Knowledge of regulatory documents related to construction, reconstruction, construction legislation, design stages and processes of construction, construction technologies. Experience in organizing the construction of a complete complex of construction; experience of interaction with design and contracting organizations. Knowledge of construction technologies, from the stage of design of the document to handover of the object and obtaining the right of ownership. The ability to read construction drawings, check construction estimates and the amount of work performed. Positive experience in the implementation of innovations and improvements. Team management experience, the ability to clearly set tasks and monitor their execution. Systematic, flexible thinking, the ability to analyze, a high level of self-organization.
