Functional duties: Ensuring the provision of a full range of facility services; Organization of uninterrupted work of all technical services of the division with the aim of developing optimal solutions; Development and sale of technical solutions for the company's customers based on TK; Work on attracting and managing subcontractors that provide installation, engineering and operational and other work at the company's facilities; Development of procedures and action algorithms for each type of technical service and for each type of facility; Search for new products, design of new service packages, with the aim of developing existing customers; Implementation of measures aimed at optimizing material, financial and labor costs, rational use of resources; You are an ideal fit for us if you have: Successful experience in managing commercial/business real estate objects and maintaining the infrastructure of objects; Experience in maintaining technical documentation, knowledge of DBN; Successful experience in participating in negotiations and tenders ;Knowledge of building systems, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems;Knowledge of the rules of business communication and experience of communication with representatives of the customer;Experience in drawing up budgets and their control, working with accompanying documents;Higher technical education;Sure work skills with Excel, Word, Outlook, SRM.
