REQUIREMENTS: 3 years of work experience in food manufacturing enterprises; Higher technical education; Ability to rationally use resources and optimize production processes; Good knowledge of occupational health and safety standards; Ability to manage as a team, make effective management decisions; Be an example of knowledge in technical matters for your subordinates, have skills in mentoring and training staff; High responsibility, result-oriented, ability to work under pressure; Willingness to work up to 70% not in the office, but in production; Adaptability and flexibility, honesty, decency, responsibility; Experience with the Excel program. MAIN DUTIES: Planning and budget control of the technical service; Conducting tenders and purchasing the necessary equipment, protecting the project and the budget. Implementation of actions to ensure the necessary amount of materials and components for implementation of projects. Control of execution and compliance with tender documentation. Optimization of production processes and implementation of modernizations (strategy, budget, contractor, implementation). Organization of maintaining the working condition of production equipment, electrical equipment, gas equipment. systematization of the composition of protective equipment. Preparation of the production site for international FSSC certification. Personnel management: Under the supervision of: all technical specialists of the production workshop; Search for technical personnel; subdivisions and ensuring effective interaction between them; Control of timesheets of employees of technical subdivisions.
