The main functional responsibilities: management of technical units and services to achieve planned results; planning of the activities of the technical department of the enterprise and its implementation; organization of control and ensuring the proper technical condition of the enterprise's production facilities, their development and modernization; identification and introduction of innovative technologies that give a competitive advantage; management of product quality control at the enterprise; ensuring the development and implementation of measures aimed at the rational use of production resources, material, financial and labor costs; ensuring the efficiency of the entire complex of technological, production, energy and auxiliary equipment of the enterprise.
