Organization and provision of development in the production of new products. Organization and provision of support in the proper condition of the enterprise's infrastructure. in the development and implementation of enterprise development programsManagement of the technical department, chief welder department and repair service of the enterpriseParticipation in budgetingExecution of other tasks at the top management levelSubordination to the director of the enterpriseMain requirements: higher education (preferably in the field of welding and/or mechanical engineering)experience of working as a technical manager at a machine-building enterprise less than 3 years of experience managing teams of 100 or more people, experience of implementing changes, understanding of processes in the machine-building industry, desirable work experience in the production of machine-building products according to European quality requirements, stress resistance, multitasking, the ability to defend one's own opinion, analytical abilities, the ability to plan, moderate authoritarianism and leadership qualities, the ability to work under pressure, the ability to solve problems with limited resources. The location of the company is the town of Kolchyno (Mukachivskyi district), Zakarpattia. The salary level (market rate + bonuses) and the compensation/relocation package are discussed individually
